ORDER PROCESSING:

Shipping only to United States. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. During seasonal times like Christmas or Black Friday, order processing can be delayed up to 5 business days.
We will send you an e-mail notification to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Orders over 70USD are eligible for free shipping

STORE PICKUP and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING are unavailable.

Shipping time may be subject to change due to various external circumstances, in that case you will receive an email from our team related to your order.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at help@adwcreate.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
